Throughout the year we aim to organise a number of club day trips. These trips are intended to be accessible to all members and function as an opportunity to enjoy the local waterways in the safe and social environment that club paddling offers.
Every year our members paddle hundreds of miles together on both well-known classic trips and new, often experimental routes!
One of our favourite summer trips is the famous Bradford on Avon loop. Leaving the beautiful town we paddle along the river admiring the wonderful scenery and historical industrial sites before lunch and maybe a swim under the magnificent Dundas aquaduct. We cross to the canal there and enjoy a leisurely paddle along the quiet waters through Avoncliff, finishing at the tithe barn.
