Club Membership
At North Avon Canoe Club we welcome new members. Club membership provides access to all our club trips, events, training, and third-party insurance for club activities.
As a member, you can sign up for any of our club trips and training courses, which are run by experienced leaders and coaches. We have a fleet of kayaks and canoes to get you started and you will get access to our Facebook group, the hub of our community, and a forum for advice and support.
Why not try one of our Get Involved sessions?
We can look after you and provide any necessary equipment. All we ask is:
- a small non-members fee of £10 per session
- you let us know beforehand you’re coming so we can plan (by email at )

No need to join straightaway – try up to 3 club trips before deciding
As a member of North Avon Canoe Club you will be eligible to:
- Enrol in the Summer Training Programme (membership is required, but you can join when you enroll).
- Attend the club Trips and Events
- Hire our Club Equipment to get you started (charges apply)
- Access to the members-only NACC Facebook Group
Joining North Avon Canoe Club (NACC)
Our 2026 Club Membership fees are:

We have held our pricing for another year at the same level as last year.
Membership runs annually from February to February and can be renewed at any time.
New members joining after October roll over into the next year at no extra cost.
Joining
If you are already a member you should/will, after the AGM recieve a payment request via email or the Spond App. If your details havnt changed, please use this as it’s just a couple of clicks and then payment, it’s a lot simpler and easier than filling in the new members [online/paper] form again (link below).
New members, there are two options for joining NACC (both have the same pricing)
- Join Online ; Open the NeACC Spond Regisration form : Pay with any Debit/Credit card
- With the (old fashioned) paper form : Pay by BACS/Cheque or cash (currently this is still the 2025 form it’s fine .. only the date has changed)
Note:
- Returning members, as this is the first year we’ve started using an online system please fill in the form (online/paper). Thank you.
- We (NACC) are using Spond to manage our membership database.
The information you provide using either the online or paper method will be stored in the NACC Spond database - You only need to provide membership information once, if next year you chose to continue with NACC (and we hope you do) then next Janary (after the AGM) you will recieve an invitation to renew your membership. Simply check confirm the details are correct and pay.
Should you decide not to continue, then do nothing and your membership will lapse and your information will be removed. - Spond will not distribute or share your membership information, and nor will we.
